Utilities
  • Q: Are utilities included?
  • A: It varies by property. Most listings include water and trash; electricity and internet are usually separate.
Lease Termination
  • Q: Can I break my lease early?
  • A: Yes, but it requires a 60-day notice and a termination fee equivalent to 2 months’ rent.
Payments
  • Q: Can I pay rent with crypto?
  • A: Currently we only accept bank transfers, credit cards, and certified checks.
Security Deposits
  • Q: Is the security deposit refundable?
  • A: Yes, provided the unit is returned in its original condition, minus normal wear and tear.
Guests
  • Q: What is the guest policy?
  • A: Guests are allowed for up to 14 consecutive days. Longer stays require prior management approval.
Move-In & Logistics
  • Q: What do I need to provide before picking up my keys?
  • A: You must sign the lease agreement, provide proof of renter’s insurance, and pay your first month’s rent and security deposit in full.
